Our previous month would have not been complete without this buddy of mine. She truly is the favorite confidant of almost everybody,very friendly indeed,that's why she tends to get all the hot issues,every loves her, everybody knows her.

The After Shock

After the ravishing scene of of K jumping over Y's bed at "the dorm" yesterday, and G walking out on them. I yours truly, spotted around 4am (mnl) 2day, G and Y at Y's station at "the firm" seems to be making amends, there was a slight raising of voice and certain gestures, but after shift, they were spotted together walking out of "the dorm" so the question of "Are they together again? after the incident seems to be answerable by YES by now.



But don't be to sure?! Looks can be deceiving as they say, and truly it was. Around 11-12 noon today, same place, at "the dorm" K received a phone call.. seems to me its from Y, by the way the conversation went. What's this?! DQ eavesdroppin?..na-ah.its just that K voice is far too loud and it so happened that her bed is near mine.



Anyways, looks like Y here is checking the whereabouts of K, hmmm..this is gettin juicier than i thought, As K qouted "Ako andito, ikaw ang wla, ewan ko sau pati things m wla". I wanted to tell K that G already took Y's things before they left, but of course, i did not.



So who is with Y? Im guessing she's with G.



This 3 gals are freakin the hell outta me. Are they trying to turn "The DQ" from being Gossipera to detective?Lolz. One way or another I'm gonna find out. I still got 2 days to spend at "the dorm" before my off, see? This blog thing is teaching me to be responsible after all, Im taking extra effort to stay at "the dorm" just for the sake of my investigative report. har har!. This will be sorted out, i promise. I'm gonna find out the real score between the 3. So always check you email (outside emails).

Humpy Dumpy jump on the Bed

Its been 2 days that i haven't really thought of writing anything at all. But as B told me, i should not worry for "The Firm" will make its way to give me something to write about, and indeed t'was true. (thank's B, for uplifting my spirit)


They say that most of the interesting thing occur to you, when you least expect it, in the middle of the night, (but in a call boys and girls life, i must say in the middle of the day), while you lay on bed, tryin to get some sleep, thinkin of nothing. Such a dismay that it wasn't really me who witnessed the actual drama, considering the fact that i made extra effort to sleep at the dorm after my shift,(can you believe it, it happened after i left, damn!) but what the heck, as long as there is something to talk about, that's always better than nothing,
amen? Amen!




So, the lucky tipster for this POST is our very own "the stowaway friend", i received a text message probably around 17:17, asking if I am asleep already because there was a "something" happening at the dorm, (ah...one of the many benefits of CP). So i replied in an instance that, "NO, I'm wide a awake, spit out whatever it is, " (and of course being the Queen of all Gossipera's I was overly excited, for i am sure that one wouldn't dare bother me, if it wasn't that juicy). Well, hell! I was right, it was juicy as I imagined. I don't want you guys to suffer from the unbearable ennui of my introduction. I know you want the juicy part already.



Spotted. 17:25 march 30th,G! CIA (caught in the act of walking out @ "the Dorm." Why? because of Y and K.
It is still quite a question to me as why G and Y are not in the same beds that they used to be, (they used to occupy the 1st adjoining beds at the dorm.) but for some apparent reason they are not together yesterday. G was occupying the usual bed while Y was in the 2nd to the last bed, BESIDES K!! Yes! besides K, and i thought, they were not an item anymore (for they are once spotted at the dorm confronting each other about how K is trying to destroy G and Y 's r-ship.) So its really confusing., hell of a turmoil. And another e-blast here my fellow Gossiperas, our tipster went to the "dumpsite" (CR) to pee, when she came back, K is missing! So where the F*&% is K? She was spotted 5 -10 minutes later getting off Y's bed..HUUWWWATTTT!!! Now peeps don't ask what are they doing at the same bed, without lights, just merely shadow, while everybody, including G, is trying to get a decent sleep, don't be too malicious, they probably just..hmm..lemme guess..talking? or maybe just maybe, they're showing qoutes from their CPs,..yeah right, who are we kidding.. But its their business not ours, we're just here to talk about them,,har har!!

Now i wouldn't blame G for dashing out of the dorm, i mean, G and Y are known couple at "the FIRM" and there has been rumors all over how K was gettin in their way, but somehow they get pass it. Unitl NOW.

Vacation with "disaster" written all over it

Early morning of rainy friday when i had a small conversation w/ one of the finest lead in ops.. We talked about the huddle they did with the higher management of "THE FIRM". This is about our benefits that we must enjoy as a regular employee yet can't make use of it. Higher management decided to allocate 30 VL slots for the month of april, yes, 30 VL ! 15 per cluster. Now whats the ratio? 11 teams per cluster minimum and maximum of 16 per team so what do u think are the chances to plot a VL on the days that we wanted it?? WTF**

As we all know, alloted number of VL's is the result of high absentism rate.. over auxes, understaff time.. Do they even care what's the reason behind why there is a high absentism rate? Why agents love to go on aux or just log out instead of taking calls?

Now here are some of the reasons i think, they should know.

1. Cannot plot VL to the days we wanted it, as a result, agents then will go on Absent or worst, AWOL.
2. HIgh volume of calls yet we're under paid.. how is that??
3. Different Break and Shift Sked..
4. Drastic change of sked..
5. Lack of incentive plan..


Friends and colleagues, i'm inviting you to post your reactions, opinions, and grievances regarding this concern..

OMFG III

ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!!!


This is a follow up of the OMFG article of course, that's why it is entitled the III, duh!

DYARANNNN.... PRESENTING..... The FIRM!!!!

The FIRM is yet cooking another recipe that will further keep our heads rolling.
According to one of the QA's, (should i mention her name?) Top shots are again thinking of adding another metrics (on our impossible to meet existing metrics) to our stats to fulfill, coming this April.

You all know about the surveys right? Well, next month, only 50% of the surveys will be our CCTS scores and the other half will be our grade for the yet to come metrics..

Whaaat??????? Another metric?? As if our existing metrics are very unchallenging that they have thought of yet another!!!

This QA though, doesn't have any intention of spilling this valuable information( hohum..) She just assumed that our TC's mentioned it already on our huddles. When I told her that it hasn't been said yet on any of our huddles. QA said, " Oh my! I shouldn't have said that to you! Pls. don't tell it to anyone yet since its not yet final.. Anyways, they should be announcing it soon."

Obviously, this QA doesn't know a thing about Psychology. She should know better than tell me not to tell this story to a single soul. And, obviously, she doesn't know meeee.. hahaha!!

You can't blame me if i can't keep this to myself and go on and give you a heads up on what to expect next month...??!!!! Donald Trump is really using his summer energy, EH!

Sequel of OMFG

This just came in.. a tipster informed me that CP's will now be subjected to TC's before shift and to be returned after shift. WTF!!

This is a sequel of the OMFG posted yesterday, it so happen that i bumped into a friend of mine (working on the same firm of course, same dept, same OM, different TC), happened to tell me an intresting story behind the OMFG issue. According to him (there is your first clue - its a "him") he just got back from a 10 day suspension..why? it so happen that this him,and S, happened to manage to report to work after a drinking session. But don't get me wrong, HIM (let's call him "HIM" for now..ok) told me that he wasn't really drunk at all, (well unless like S..she was wasted when she came to work the other day. lolz) so, goin back, he was tipsy but not drunk and he managed to get some sleep prior to reporting for work. It was lunch time when he drunk with friends, and olmost midnight when he reported for work, so technically he was able to get enough sleep, and safe to say, that he maybe in perfect condition to work. But, as we all know, the smell of the alcohol is DAMN hard to beat..
So,one of the Men in White who has a "doggy kinda character of smelling" noticed that this "him" had a drink. Not that "HIM" used it as a perfume, duh?! (I imagined he may have sniffed him - he may gay..i mean sniffing is not a GUY thing- watcha tink? - well that's another story).

I bet you know what happened next..IR!!! (purfect)
So, after the 10-day Vacation, he came back and signed another..dan dan dan...love letter, for HUWAT..for not reaching the "so called so help me God" baleen score.*clap clap clap*
And so he signed, as if he can do anything about it. right? besides, their company, their rules!!

HIM was about to log out yesterday, he was expecting a call from a relative, very important call that he simply cannot put off, CP rang, he didnt answer it at first because he was still in his station, he walk past the hallway,and when he was near the door, (the door when you do the tu-tu tut thing on your ID..yeah there!) he answered the freakin' CP and guess what? He bumped into..hmmm how should i call him? DONALD TRUMP (Donald Trump - for those who don't know him is a business magnate, chairman and CEO of their corporation, the host of THE APPRENTICE, where he was assigned to FIRE people on their job).

HIM, didn't actually wait till Donald calls his attention, he immediately run to Donald's office and tried to explain, that, he can't put off the call because he was waiting the whole day for that call, and he actually didn't answer it until he's out of the OPS floor, etc etc..

Now, do I still need to tell what happened next? i bet everybody now knows..
The "Team Member's Handbook" rose from the dead.


And now, CP's will be surrendered to the TC's, haven't really confirmed if it's just this one TC or everybody else.

and BTW, as i may quote it "Personal calls during work schedule shall be limited to emergency cases only." how the hell would you know if there is a freakin emergency happening outside, if you goddamn CP is not in your possession?!
Am i the only one makin a big fuss out of it? naahh, IDTS, maybe their just to chicken shit to say anything. Anyway..GTG

Needless to say.. i do not in anyway despise HIM for bumping into Donald, it could've been ME, anybody else right? What's sad is, they are tightening the belt the wrong way, wrong timing and for wrong reasons.
